The iTero digital scanner creates a 3D image of your teeth in just minutes. It captures 6000 images per second resulting in a more accurate and better aligner fit. The iTero scanner also eliminates the need for dental impressions using goopy material giving you a more comfortable experience.
At The Orthodontist & Co, we use the I-Cat FLX Cone Beam Imaging technology, which is regarded as the cone beam industry standard. This 3D imaging system can capture larger cases for airway and TMJ analysis and the entire oral-facial complex at an enhanced low-dose option - even lower than a traditional 2D panoramic and cephalometric radiograph combined*.

This french technology allows Dr. Juson to effectively monitor your Invisalign case without having to do frequent visits in our office. The Orthodontist & Co. will be providing you an app on your phone, a magnetic cheek retractor and scan box where you will be latching your smart phone to take a series of images. This will automatically be sent to an artificial intelligence software for analysis. This analysis will then be sent to Dr. Juson for approval and will give you a "go-change" notification when you are ready to move to the next tray. It also has the ability to identify broken attachments and oral hygiene issues in which you will be prompted to schedule an appointment. Watch our Video (click play) to see how it works.
